The Discovery Session

It isn't always easy to choose the right therapist for you so we aim to put your mind at ease.

You can book a free telephone conversation to make contact and briefly discuss the issue, to see if I can help, OR you can book a one-hour in-depth Discovery Session (at a small cost). In the Discover Session we have more time to identify what's going on at a deeper level, and look at ways to help you overcome the challenges you are facing. You can relax, feel comfortable and ask any questions you want. Help and guidance is always at hand.

The purpose of the Discovery Session is to:

    Whether you choose a single session or a discounted package, you will receive value for money, commitment from me, help and encouragement to achieve your goals. You will learn the psychological tools and transferable skills to deal with life challenges. Hypnosis audios are tailor made to suit your personal situation. Some issues are single session, others need a bit more time. Each person is different and we can discuss your needs at the FREE initial 20 minute consultation, face to face, on-line, or on the phone.
