Most psychological problems are rooted in the subconscious mind, and result from either unhelpful thoughts, limiting beliefs or past traumatic experiences, or a combination of these. Equally, most solutions also lie in the subconscious mind and can be activated using advanced psychological techniques that are evidence based and completely safe.

The Discovery Session

£50: A one-hour Discovery Session is more in depth and we look at what's going on at a deeper level. We look at ways to help you overcome the challenges you are facing. You can relax, feel comfortable and ask any questions you want. Help and guidance is always at hand.
The purpose of the Discovery Session is to:
