Why am I so passionate about my work?
I like to follow my highest excitement and I teach my clients to do the same. I love meeting so many different people from different walks of life and it really inspires me to see my clients grow in confidence and self esteem and do things that they never would have thought possible. My biggest achievements are when I see my clients achieve their goals they want to achieve.
I work with people to identify and overcome limiting beliefs that stop them achieving goals, and help to improve their inner confidence by teaching them how to dissolve limiting or negative patterns of behaviour that may have been unconsciously learned and repeated over and over again.

I believe that what happens inside our minds is crucial to our happiness, success and well-being. I also believe that people can sabotage their own efforts with limiting beliefs and self doubt. In this life, the one thing we can be certain of is that change is inevitable. Allowing ourselves to become comfortable with that idea can make a big difference in keeping our heads and our emotions in balance when big changes happen.
We can all write and rewrite our goals, delve into our subconscious minds, work through emotional blocks, and summon up some inner force, but if we don’t eventually take action, we are wasting our time. Imagination is more powerful than will and this is proved over and over again, for example when anxious thoughts create unpleasant negative symptoms in the body.

What I don’t do
I don’t read the tealeaves and I don’t promise any miracles, nor do I offer any quick fixes.
I don’t make unreasonable promises or guarantee a cure.
I don’t profess to be an expert at treating every and any known issue, because there are treatments that are better than hypnotherapy for some issues and ailments.
I don’t hold myself out to be medically qualified in any way, shape or form. If you need medical advice I can refer you to your GP.
If you are looking for a magic cure to your problems – I suggest you see a magician!
If you are looking to make lasting change and are willing to be 100% committed to our sessions together, please contact me to arrange a free initial consultation.
