Combination of therapies
I use a combination of therapies, depending mainly on the issue at hand. I call upon a broad base of research from the worlds of hypnosis, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and NLP and keep up with the latest developments.
Hypnotherapy is often referred to as a quick therapy compared to other talking therapies. Every client is different but most issues can be dealt with in four to six sessions. Some issues can be dealt with in one or two sessions, such as certain habits like nail biting or you can treat yourself to a one off session of relaxation.
You can learn specific techniques for any particular challenge so that you gain the psychological tools to move forward in life, overcoming these challenges and releasing any blockages. These techniques are transferrable and can also enhance other areas of your life.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and my plans will be specifically designed to help you to achieve your goals in ways that suit you and how you think. Each client is an individual and each session is individually planned by me.
